Planner & coordinator notes: We highly encourage clients to hire a day-of coordinator at the very least, as we know how crucial it is to have someone responsible for the timeline and organizational logistics on wedding days!

How far in advance do they typically book a date: For wedding days, clients typically book at least 6 months in advance. We highly recommend that clients start planning and booking their vendors one year in advance to their preferred date so they can rely on preference rather than availability (not just for the venue, but all vendors)!

There is truly no other place like The Plant Venue! What makes our venue unique is not only the contemporary design or renovations, but the preservation of the building’s original structure and the balance between industrial and modern features. The Fondren Warehouse District, located a half-mile from Fondren, carries a long industrial history defined primarily by warehouse buildings that were built for manufacturing or distribution plants. Our building, originally built as a pipe distribution plant in the 1960’s, was left abandoned for over a decade until 2016 when we began to imagine a new life for this one-of-a-kind structure. In 2021, we officially opened our doors as “The Plant Venue” offering indoor and outdoor event spaces with an emphasis on modern interiors, natural elements, and preserved industrial history. The venue’s history can be observed throughout the entire building as the original concrete beams soar above each space – a reminder of how far the building has come after bringing new life to an unlikely place. The Raymond – A historic venue boasting an extraordinary aesthetic and experience

Venue location: Raymond, MS

Venue price range: $4,000 – $6,500

Seating capacity maximum: The Raymond Venue has a capacity of 200 guests including the bridal party.

Catering notes: We do not provide catering or have an exclusive catering list you must choose from.  As the venue, and as an advocate for you and your special day, we require all food to be cooked and prepared in a licensed off-site kitchen. For your convenience, the caterer you choose to serve at The Raymond must be a “full service” caterer.

Rental notes: We have a select amount of decor available in our Something Borrowed Room. They are included in our rental price. This includes our selection of upgraded cross back chairs, white resin chairs, farm house tables, and round dining tables. We also have add-on rental options as part of our in-house rental collection. This includes uplighting, faux taper candles, an XL arch, and more.

Planner & coordinator notes: At The Raymond we do require at the very least that you have a professional day of coordinator to make your day the absolute best. Our venue managers are not wedding coordinators but will be there to lend a helping hand and to assist in making sure everything is running smoothly, communicate with your coordinator, and help direct people where to go.

Three Lakes Manor – The premier resort style luxury venue of Mississippi

Venue location: Poplarville, MS

Venue price range: We consider ourselves the venue, the hotel & the rentals! Each package includes at least a two night stay for up to 34 people, tables chairs bars linens (and much more) and endless floor plans! Our starting rate is $9,000 for a Friday-Sunday and our biggest is $11,500 for Thursday – Sunday!

Seating capacity max & minimum: We don’t have a maximum or minimum seating capacity, BUT we only provide seating for 200 guest maximum. Anything over and they will have to provide more seating! Our outdoor courtyard can accommodate up to 550 guests.

Catering notes: This is one of our stand out features – we are very vendor friendly! We do not offer catering, but have a list of highly recommended caterers in our area, or you can bring in your own. Catering also has their own on-site kitchen where they can cook and prep!

Rental notes: Are rentals included? YES, they are! All packages and prices include 100 wooden chairs with an ivory seat, 16 pews that are calculated to seat 100 guest, 22 five-foot round tables with their linen, 6 eight foot rectangle tables with their linens, 1 six foot rectangle head table with its linen, 16 wooden top bistro tables, a grass champagne wall with 60 flutes, and two portable bars; one white and one brown. We also provide 5 mushroom top heaters for the winter, and two industrial fans for the summer. We have three arches you can choose from, a gold metal round arch, dark stained wood triangle, and a natural wood square top arch. There is a commercial grade ice-maker and a large ice cart available as well.

Planner & coordinator notes: Yes, we do require a coordinator. We have a list of highly recommended but you are welcome to choose your own if you can provide two references for that coordinator!
